What is the Renata França method?
You probably can’t go on social networks without seeing some spectacular before-and-after pictures, and for good reason: this method is currently all the rage. But there’s nothing ephemeral about it: you can see for yourself the lasting effects on your well-being and your figure. The Renata França method is named after the passionate woman who created it. A Brazilian woman who, after years of experience as a masseuse in Sao Paulo’s luxury spas, decided to carry out extensive research into the anatomy and physiology of the human body in order to improve her practice, and finally created her own method.
Her aim was to understand the ins and outs of the human metabolism so as to be effective from the very first session, and above all to be able to see and feel the results immediately.
To achieve this, she challenged all the old beliefs in the field to create a unique and totally innovative concept.

REMODELLING
It’s a vigorous full-body massage designed to shape fat cells for a shapely, harmonized body. Kneading, pinching and gliding are just some of the maneuvers I use to sculpt a new silhouette.
