WELCOME SEPTEMBER
Dull, dehydrated skin, the appearance of acne... How to care for your skin this autumn?

TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF AFTER THE SUMMER
I hope you’re well and that you’ve had a wonderful summer, relaxing and taking time out to recharge your batteries so that you’re ready to face the new school year in style.
I’m going to sound like a wet blanket, but I must remind you that summer has its good points, but also some not-so-good ones… Sunshine also means a dull complexion, thickened and often dehydrated skin, loss of elasticity, the appearance of pigmentation spots and heat-related pimples – in short, nothing to get excited about…
Here are a few tips to give your skin a boost and leave you feeling your best.
Tips for perfect skin
First of all, I’d advise you to apply SPF 50 sun cream every morning, before moving on to the make-up stage – or not, for that matter. In recent years, many brands have been offering different types of protection. Fortunately, with recent innovations, textures have evolved a lot and are now much more pleasant, so I’m sure you’ll have no trouble finding the one that suits you best. It may seem pointless if we don’t plan to expose ourselves to the sun, but it’s a basic, compulsory step. The most assiduous will do it all year round, and at the very least it should be applied until at least October in our region.
Pregnant women can do this throughout their pregnancy to avoid the appearance of a pregnancy mask, which is often unsightly and very difficult to remove.
Above all, we mustn’t forget that the damage caused by the sun to our skin will be systematically observed as we age, so let’s do our utmost to prevent it. The idea here is not to avoid aging, but to age well, so you’ll understand the nuance.
Another point is hydration. Our skin feels tight and lacks suppleness. Don’t panic, our skin is simply dehydrated. To remedy this, you need to drink between 1.5L and 2L of water a day. And I mean WATER, not coffee or tea (I can see you ladies coming). It’s the foundation of healthy skin. A skincare routine well adapted to your skin type is a real plus.

And last but not least, I recommend that you come and treat yourself to a JetPeel treatment in my office. It’s a powerful treatment that gets rid of dead skin cells through peeling. Your skin will be supple again. Then we’ll add radiance and deep hydration to give your skin an immediate glow, and help fade fine dehydration lines and pigmentation spots.
As you can see, this is the back-to-school treatment that will help us prepare for autumn with confidence and serenity.
